Returns & Exchanges

Exchanges (Size Only)
We offer exchanges strictly for size-related issues.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Exchanges are limited to the same style only, subject to size availability.
- Each order is eligible for a one-time exchange only.
- If the requested size is unavailable, a store credit will be issued instead.
- Store credit will be valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
- Reverse pickup will be initiated by us for approved exchange requests.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
Returns (Damaged or Defective Items Only)
We accept returns only for items that are damaged or defective upon delivery.
- Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Customers are required to upload clear images of the issue for approval.
- Once approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged by us.
- After the product is received, it will undergo a quality check.
- If the item passes inspection, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products purchased during sale.
- Items that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
- Items returned without original tags and packaging.
- Any items marked as non-returnable on the product page.
Important Notes
- Slight variations in color or appearance due to lighting or screen settings are not considered defects.
- We reserve the right to decline any exchange or return request that does not meet the above conditions.
