Shipping Policy

Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking update via WhatsApp and/or email.

Delivery Timeline

  • Orders are typically delivered within 3–8 business days after dispatch.
  • Delivery to remote or less accessible locations may take slightly longer.
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to external factors; however, we will assist in resolving any delays.

Shipping & Coverage

  • We ship across most serviceable pin codes in India, subject to coverage provided by our logistics partner, Delhivery.
  • Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders.

Orders & Changes

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
  • Please review all order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Failed Delivery / RTO (Return to Origin)

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, it may be returned to us (RTO).
  • Re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Delivery Issues

  • If your package appears tampered with or visibly damaged at the time of delivery, we recommend refusing the delivery.
  • If you accept a damaged package, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the packaging and product.
  • Claims raised beyond this timeframe may not be accepted.
  • Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier partner, it is considered successfully delivered.
  • If you believe there has been an issue with the delivery, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will assist in investigating the matter with the courier partner.

Payment Method

  • We currently accept prepaid orders only.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
